- your favorite incense
- a white candle (or you can use a candle of your favorite color to represent you)
- sea salt or kosher salt
- bowl of water (preferably spring water or rain water)
- lighter or matches
- object to be charmed
This spell is to create your own personal good luck charm, and is
best performed during the waxing moon, though can be performed any
time. First, make sure your object is clean, then light the candle and
incense. Passing your object through the smoke of the incense, chant:
By the power of Air and the breath of life,
I cleanse thee of all negativity and strife.
Now, pass the object either through or just above the candle's flame (depending upon if your object is flammable), chanting:
By the power of Fire and the warmth it brings,
Draw to thee all positive things.
Next, sprinkle water on the object, and chant:
By the calming Water that runs free,
Help bring love and light to me.
Finally, sprinkle salt on the object, chanting:
By the power of Earth, come forth to me,
I bless this object, so mote it be!
